110% satisfaction guarantee policy
We are so sure that you are gonna love your TPF GEAR product that we as one of the only companies in the world have a 110% money back satisfaction guarantee! This means if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will refund you 110% of the whole amount excluding shipping. No other gym brand stands as much behind their gym gear as we do!
Refund policy
If the item/items are defect when receiving them the return shipping label is paid for by us and the whole amount + 10% (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your account as soon as the return has been received and it lives up the return rules.
If the item/items are not defect and the customer simply wants to return their purchase - the customer pays for the shipping label (45 DKK). As soon as the return has been received and it lives up the return rules the whole amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your account.
Return period: after the 30 day satisfaction guarantee (from date of purchase) you are no longer able to return your purchase.
* if the return is obviously exploiting our return policy we keep the right to only return 100% of the the order value (- freight costs)
Return rules
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at mail@tpfgear.dk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Svendborgvej 45, 5600 Faaborg, Denmark
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like the TikTok & Instagram growth guide.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
